We collect information you provide directly through our contact, supplier onboarding and newsletter forms — including name, email address, telephone number, company name and the content of your message.
How we use your information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess supplier applications, deliver requested procurement services and, where you have consented, send occasional insights. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Legal basis and POPIA
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013. Processing is based on your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate business interests.
Storage and security
Personal information is stored on access-controlled systems and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to meet legal obligations.
